Ginie offers administrative efficiency consultancy services to nurseries and small primary schools, allowing them to lighten their administrative load, simplify systems, and focus on what really matters: the children.

How do we help you?

We will visit you and meet you and your team and observe the systems you have in place to perform your administrative tasks.

This includes everything from taking the register to recording incidents, from communicating with staff and parents to keeping track of your income and expenses. No stone is left un-turned!

We will also help you re-think your day to day organisation, and then provide you with improved recording tools to streamline your processes.

Virginie

Before founding Gine VA in 2016, Virginie worked for several years as a Personal Assistant in a variety of schools organising events and managing staff diaries.

She is also a fully qualified teacher of French and German with 3 Pitman qualifications, including the Executive PA diploma. She has also undertaken basic payroll and book-keeping training.
