The very first step is a free of charge face-to-face meeting, or a video call. We want to get to know you. We want to know what your situation is, why you decided to get in touch with us, and how we can help.
It is extremely important to us that you feel in safe hands. If you choose to work with us we recommend having a weekly or fortnightly call during which we discuss the progress of your project.
However we do not believe in making promises we can’t keep, so if we feel we cannot help you, we will be honest and tell you. If at all possible, we will refer you to someone we feel may be better able to meet your needs. If we are able to help you, we will discuss how.
We will always be transparent on what we do and will always ask if we need clarifications. You will get to check our work and final decisions will always be yours.
When it comes to payments, you will have two options.
Pay-as-you-go (hourly rate). Records of the hours worked are kept and available on request, so you will know exactly what your money has been spent on.
Custom package. Used primarily for services such as Social Media, but can be discussed for other services as well.
